BUS CHURCH RULES

1. Must be at least 5 yrs old and potty trained  2. Must Remain Seated at all times on the bus and must wear a seat belt in the van  3. Must wear clothing that is loose and covers from the collar bone over the shoulders and down to the knees  4. Must Keep your body and other objects inside the bus windows at all times. 5. No weapons of any kind (guns, knives, etc.) 6. No cursing, teasing, or bad talk. 7. No use of electronic devices on the bus or in church without permission  8. Must Keep your hands and feet to yourself. 9. Must Participate in all Children's Church classes. 10. Must be respectful to other riders and those in leadership. 11. Must follow the instructions of all adult church workers.

 

I understand that these rules are in place to aid in providing a safe and enjoyable environment for my children. I agree not to hold Calvary Baptist Church responsible for any accidents or injuries, and I give them permission in the case of an emergency to act in the best medical interest of my children while they are attempting to contact me.

I also understand that Calvary Baptist Church’s primary goal is to persuade my child(ren) to make a voluntary, sincere public decision to give their heart and life to Jesus Christ (get saved) and to begin living a life of obedience to God and His Word (Holy Bible-KJV).  I therefore give permission for my child(ren) to attend and/or ride the Calvary Baptist Church bus/van and to participate in their programs and services.
